Making a complaint

We will review your complaint, investigate if the appropriate procedures have been followed, and respond accordingly. Our goal is to complete this investigation within 15 working days of receiving your complaint. However, in some cases, it may take longer. If you remain unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter for further review.
